GLplasma hardware modul

Highlights
For laser drilling and precision cutting via laser radiation, the material is ionized by the added radiation energy. Thus plasma occurs.

The GL.plasma module can record the plasma signal and use it for various purposes. Thus, power fluctuations can be detected due to the interdependence of the plasma level and the local radiation intensity of the laser. The power fluctuations depend on the cleanliness of the focusing optics and the protective glass. This allows the necessary cleaning intervals to be determined in series production.

Through knowledge of the plasma signal, the development time for drilling configurations can be reduced and the efficiency of the drilling program can be increased.

The GL.plasma is attached to the GL.optifix housing.
