Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie des lasers \u00e0 <strong>impulsions ultra-courte<\/strong>s, les machines de micro-usinage laser de GFH r\u00e9alisent des op\u00e9rations de d\u00e9coupe et de structuration sur des composants \u00e9lectriques et \u00e9lectroniques de tr\u00e8s petite taille.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>Que ce soit pour des r\u00e9troviseurs \u00e9lectriques r\u00e9glables ou des lecteurs CD, les micro-actionneurs non r\u00e9gul\u00e9s par des syst\u00e8mes de mesure pr\u00e9sentent des limites en termes de pr\u00e9cision et de dynamisme. L\u2019un des d\u00e9fis majeurs est donc la miniaturisation des capteurs en ad\u00e9quation avec ces micro-actionneurs. Ici, le <a title=\"Micro-usinage laser\" href=\"https:\/\/gfh-gmbh.de\/fr\/procedes\/\">micro-usinage laser<\/a> intervient en permettant une <a title=\"D\u00e9coupe laser fine\" href=\"https:\/\/gfh-gmbh.de\/fr\/procedes\/decoupe\/\">d\u00e9coupe ultrafine<\/a> des films de capteurs avec une pr\u00e9cision sub-microm\u00e9trique, impossible \u00e0 atteindre avec des m\u00e9thodes conventionnelles.  <\/p>\n<p>Les composants \u00e9lectroniques doivent \u00e9galement r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des contraintes de taille tout en offrant des performances accrues. Cette augmentation de puissance entra\u00eene une dissipation thermique importante, qui peut endommager les circuits sensibles.
