The GL.ultra offers a wide range of laser processing possibilities with automated solutions, maximum laser-on-time and thus maximum output at short cycle times. It was developed to enable several machining steps on a component with only one clamping set-up. In an appropriate ratio to the machining versatility, hardware and installation surface were saved in order to reduce the required installation space of the machine. The integration of two 5-axis processing stations in one machine, as well as the possibility of integrating several laser systems in parallel, guarantee the customer the highest level of investment security.
